Another success story
Great recovery stories begin with great nurses like you.
Because, from the moment they arrive, you’ll make sure our patients receive a warm welcome – and the reassurance they need to move on, and manage their condition in the best possible way.
You will have the opportunity to rotate into different areas of our department and be part of our patients’ journey every step of the way. We will support and encourage your training and development – so you can enjoy a happier future, too.
So if you want to work in a role where you have the time to build a relationship with patients and support them through the milestones in their care, you will want to join our team.
We are with our patients at crucial points in their journeys. We help them make difficult, life-changing decisions and then say a heartfelt farewell when their treatment has succeeded, and sometimes when it has not.
Our nurses provide the majority of treatments and they are valued by multidisciplinary colleagues and patients alike. Treatments are many and varied and as well as treating with chemotherapy we also offer plasma exchange procedures, stem cell harvesting, administration of clotting factors and palliative care advice and guidance.
Our inpatient areas focus on providing curative and palliative treatments. Several outpatient and day case areas offer treatments that allow the majority of patients to have their treatments and remain at home but with the security of knowing we are only a phone call away. We also have an assessment unit for oncology and haematology emergencies.
We have a dedicated educational team which will support your learning and development and we offer many career opportunities as you progress within our team.
