“If something isn’t special then it is ordinary – that’s not us”

Specialist medicine is diverse, the opportunities are wide ranging and we want you to join our dedicated team. We will provide you with the support and mentorship you need to succeed in your career and we are the only clinical management group to offer a 7% recruitment and retention premia.

What makes us specialist?

We have an A* Star stroke service as per the national stroke audit.

We are the only level 1 neurological rehabilitation unit in the east midlands. Our links with the neurosurgical units and trauma centres means we have acute pathways that ensure patients are treated closer to home.

We have a fully integrated older peoples service that delivers care provision across the acute and community sector.

We have a purpose built infectious diseases unit and provide care of patients with suspected infectious diseases. Our work is varied, rewarding and offers the opportunity to treat patients who have TB, malaria, hepatitis and HIV-related complications.

We have a diabetes service that deliver expertise not just at ward level but a fully integrated community service led by dedicated specialist nurses and a centre of excellence that leads in the field of diabetes.

Dermatology and Rheumatology are nurse led services that work primarily in the outpatient setting but their roles are diverse dealing with highly toxic drugs, to minor surgery and acute services that work towards admission avoidance.

We are specialists in our fields and want you to join us.
